Hi, I'm Ray. As a coach, my passion is helping people build healthier, stronger lives through sustainable habits and realistic strategies. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals aged 14-87, all possessing dramatically different levels of fitness. From individuals just getting started to those transitioning from physical therapy and looking to continue making progress safely and confidently.
I believe health and fitness should fit into your life—not take it over. My coaching focuses on building sustainable habits, improving strength and confidence, and creating realistic strategies that work for the long term. Whether you're just getting started, returning after an injury, or transitioning from physical therapy, my goal is to help you make steady progress with guidance, accountability, and support.

Growing up, I played soccer and was no stranger to conditioning drills, practices, and competition. Even with an active lifestyle, though, weight management was something I always struggled with.
By the time I was 20, I had gained about 30 pounds and decided it was time to make a change. Over the next four months, I lost 60 pounds through excessive running and extreme calorie restriction—often eating less than 1,000 calories a day. While the weight came off, I also lost a significant amount of muscle and quickly realized that the approach wasn't healthy or sustainable.
That experience completely changed the way I view fitness and health. Instead of chasing quick results, I became passionate about understanding how the body works and what it truly takes to create lasting change. Since then, I've dedicated my career to studying exercise science, strength training, post-rehabilitation fitness, behavior change, and nutrition so I can help others avoid the same mistakes I made.
Today, my goal is to help people achieve results in a way that supports their long-term health—not just the next few months.
