Welcome to Body Revolution, LLC (“Body Revolution,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, coaching programs, or any related platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Body Revolution provides health, fitness, and wellness services including:

• Personal training and fitness coaching
• Medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling provided by a Licensed and Registered Dietitian
• Health and wellness coaching by a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NB-HWC)
• Mindset and habit-change coaching
• Access to a private coaching and community platform

All coaching services, including those provided by an NB-HWC, are designed to support clients in achieving self-identified health and wellness goals through education, motivation, accountability, and behavior-change strategies. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and clients are encouraged to consult licensed healthcare providers as needed.

All nutrition services delivered by our Registered Dietitian (RD) fall within the scope of medical nutrition therapy (MNT), as permitted by state licensure. Coaching services are intended to support your wellness goals and are not a replacement for care from your physician or mental health provider.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Individuals under 18 may only participate with active parental or guardian involvement and consent.

You acknowledge that participating in fitness or nutrition programs involves risks, including injury. By engaging in our services, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily participating at your own risk
• You have consulted with your physician regarding physical activity and dietary changes, or have chosen to do so at your own discretion
• Body Revolution and its team are not responsible for any injuries, medical issues, or health complications arising from participation
   

• Payment for services is due at the time of purchase, unless otherwise arranged.
• We use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal) and do not store full payment details.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
   

We value your time and ours. Please respect the following policies:

• Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiting a session or being charged a fee.
   

You agree not to:

• Use our site or services for unlawful purposes
• Share, distribute, or reproduce any of our content without permission
• Upload harmful software, spam, or malicious content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

All content, including logos, graphics, training materials, videos, and written content on our platforms, is the property of Body Revolution, LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Our website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, WeStrive, BerryStreet, Mighty Networks). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of these third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Body Revolution and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• We provide coaching and guidance for general wellness purposes and do not guarantee specific results.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Revolution, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your information.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
