As a Registered Dietitian, devoted mom, and self-proclaimed crochet addict, I'm passionate about helping people navigate nutrition with confidence. My focus is on creating realistic, sustainable strategies that support gut health, overall wellness, and a positive relationship with food.

My Approach

I believe nutrition should support your life—not control it. My goal is to help you build confidence around food, understand what works best for your body, and create habits that feel realistic and sustainable.


Whether you're managing food sensitivities, digestive concerns, autoimmune conditions, or simply looking to improve your overall health, I strive to provide compassionate, individualized guidance that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.

Evie's Story

Growing up, I navigated a long list of food sensitivities, including dairy, soy, wheat, citrus, and peanuts. From birthday parties to family dinners and eating out with friends, I learned early on that food wasn't always simple.


Later in life, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, and many of those sensitivities suddenly made a lot more sense. During high school, psoriatic arthritis made even walking painful, and I struggled with severe psoriasis that affected both my physical health and confidence.


Over time, I began to better understand the connection between nutrition, stress management, movement, and overall well-being. By focusing on sustainable nutrition habits, reducing stress, and improving my physical health, I experienced a dramatic change in how I felt. Today, I enjoy jogging, strength training, and living an active life with little to no pain.


My journey is what inspired me to become a dietitian. I know firsthand how overwhelming health challenges can feel, and my goal is to help others find practical, sustainable ways to feel better in their own bodies.
