Co-Owner & Coach: CPT, PN2-MHC, Bsc Kinesiology

Drawing from his own health & weight loss journey, experience, and education, Ray helps his clients burn fat and build strength with a focus on post-rehab, while helping them develop a healthier relationship with food & their body. When he’s not coaching, Ray enjoys time with family & friends, and playing drums.

Ray's Story

Growing up as a soccer player, Ray is no stranger to conditioning drills and competition; however, weight management was never his strong suit.


Struggling with fluctuating weight changes and an eventual accumulation of 30 additional pounds at the age of 20, he found himself desiring to turn things around. Over the course of the next four months, Ray pushed himself to lose a total of 60 pounds through extensive running and extreme calorie cutting (less than 1,000 per day). Losing a great deal of fat, and sacrificing a considerable amount of muscle mass, he had realized that the way he had gone about weight and fat loss was flawed and unsustainable. From that point, Ray has devoted his time and energy to educating himself on the human body, the impact of various training techniques on hypertrophy, post-rehabilitation and strength. mental awareness practices, and nutrition science and principles.


Through his years of experience working as a physical therapy assistant, personal trainer, and high school strength coach, Ray has had the opportunity to work with individuals aged 14-87, all possessing dramatically different levels of fitness.


"Everybody may have a similar goal starting out, whether that be weight/fat loss, return to daily functional living, improving strength, etc., but without the proper guidance, accountability, and empathetic approach, a large proportion of those people just give up. My goal is to coach, guide, and educate YOU, while working through every hurdle that gets in your way, in a supportive and encouraging way"!

Evie's Story

Growing up. Evie was faced with numerous food sensitivities including soy, dairy, wheat/gluten, citrus, and peanuts. Through navigating birthday parties, going out to eat and every day life, Evie was able to figure out foods that she could enjoy early on.

Later in life, she found out she had an autoimmune disorder that seemed to correlate with all these food sensitivities.


Evie was unable to walk (psoriatic arthritis) without pain in high school and had horrible psoriasis. However, once she honed in on her nutrition, reduced stress in her life, and worked alongside Ray to improve her physical health over the many years they've been together, she can now jog and lift weights with minimal- to no-pain, her skin is clear, and she feels confident in her own body!


Because of everything Evie has gone through throughout her life while navigating autoimmune disorders, her goal is to help you feel better as well and alive in your own skin!
