IN-PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING

(One-On-One)

With this option you will get to work with our coach in person. There will be a FREE consultation to get to know each other and determine if this option is a good fit.

  • What does this include?

    This is one of two options that gets you the most individualized experience as it is entirely catered toward YOU and is the only option that involves in-person coaching. This option is most suitable for those living near the coach and who wish to have technical coaching in regard to form, tips, and more. Each session lasts 30-60 minutes and you will have the option to choose the plan that fits your needs best! More programming options to come!

  • The Coach's Plan

    Ultimately, our coach is here to walk you step-by-step to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. Whether that consists of motivation, self-help, fitness, dietary needs, or anything else that you may desire, we are here to help! You have a voice too, don't be afraid to express any concerns or share alternate ideas throughout the process!

Online Personal Training

With this option you will get to work with our coach through online video chat, messaging, voice calls, or whichever communication medium fits your needs best. There will be a FREE consultation to get to know each other and determine if this option is a good fit.

  • What does this include?

    This is the second of two more individualized training experiences we offer. This option is most suitable for those short on time and looking to run their training schedule entirely on their own; however, all programming will be written on an individual basis and you will have the capability of meeting with our coach via video chat/text message/phone call, or whichever means of communication you find most user-friendly! More programming options to come!

  • The Coach's Plan

    Ultimately, our coach is here to walk you step-by-step to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. The primary difference with this option as opposed to the in-person one-on-one training is the means by which coaching is delivered. The coach will be available for you to reach out to whenever you need it; however, depending on the time of day response times may vary. Rest assured though that the coach will be establishing communication with you multiple times each week to supply motivation and assistance. You have a voice too, don't be afraid to express any concerns or share alternate ideas throughout the process!
