Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching

With this option you will get to work with our coach through an online format. This consists of your program implementation through the WeStrive training app, bi-weekly check-ins to ensure that your coaching is going in the direction that aligns best with your goals, nutrition coaching, a client only community group to build accountability and connection, and more. There will be a FREE consultation to get to know each other and determine if this option is a good fit.

  • What does this include?

    This is the first of two options that gets you the most individualized training experience as it is entirely catered toward YOU. This option is most suitable for those who want to make the absolute MOST of their health, fitness, and nutrition goals! All exercise programming will be written on an individual basis and distributed through the WeStrive training app, nutrition education and coaching will be delivered in a way that is meant to meet you where you're at, and you will have the opportunity of meeting with our coach via video chat on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on your needs to go over anything and everything you need! This option also gives you access to YOUR coach 24 hours 6 days a week through messaging and a client only community group to re-enforce accountability and connection.

  • The Coach's Plan

    Ultimately, our coach is here to walk you step-by-step to a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. The primary difference with this option as opposed to the in-person training option is the means by which coaching is delivered and the inclusion of nutrition coaching. Your coach will be available for you to reach out to whenever you need it; however, depending on the time of day response times may vary. Rest assured though that your coach will be establishing communication with you multiple times each week to supply motivation and assistance. You have a voice too, don't be afraid to express any concerns or share alternate ideas throughout the process!

In-Person Personal Training

With this option you will get to work with our coach in person. This consists of your program implementation through the WeStrive training app, in-person coaching to ensure proper form, technique, and thorough understanding of all training, regular check-ins to make sure the direction of training aligns with your goals, and a client only community group to build accountability and connection. No nutrition coaching will take place with this option. There will be a FREE consultation to get to know each other and determine if this option is a good fit.

  • What does this include?

    This is the second of two options that gets you the most individualized experience as it is entirely catered toward YOU and is the only option that involves in-person coaching. This option is most suitable for those living near the coach and who need a more hands on approach. Each session lasts 30-60 minutes depending on your needs and available time.

  • The Coach's Plan

    Ultimately, our coach is here to walk you step-by-step to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. Whether that consists of motivation, self-help, fitness, technique breakdown, or anything relating to movement, we are here to help! You have a voice too, don't be afraid to express any concerns or share alternate ideas throughout the process!
