During the initial few months of 2020, we were all affected in some way by the COVD-19 pandemic. This workout program is our way of trying to help all those who were stuck inside, unable to make it to the gym, and unsure of how to get a workout in. This basic program will help you continue working out from home, while reaping the benefits of consistency with your fitness endeavors.
