  More sessions set-up per week to facilitate supported progressive overload, long-term success (results), and adherence.


  Supervised sessions to ensure safety, comprehension, regressions, progressions, and more. Includes macro-nutrient breakdown and caloric needs for adding/losing/maintaining weight.


  Open communication in-and-out of the training sessions, allowing for customization to your tailored workout plan.
