Before getting your program under way, we will conduct a FREE Fitness Consultation meant to address any immediate questions you or your coach may have, discuss current goals and habits, and allow us the opportunity to meet and get to know each other prior to deciding if coaching with us is an option for you.

*Personal training, whether in-person or online, can and will be 100% tailored toward your needs and goals. Based on your pre-program/exercise screening, any injuries and abnormalities will be discussed and planned on.*
