Before getting the program under way, you will receive a FREE Fitness Consultation meant to address any immediate questions you may have, discuss current goals and habits, and allow us the opportunity to meet and get to know each other prior to training.

*Personal training, whether in-person or online, can and will be 100% tailored toward your needs and goals. Based on your pre-program/exercise screening, any injuries and abnormalities will be discussed and planned on.*

   Mindset coaching to help enhance and improve mental health while building confidence in yourself.

 

  Includes macro-nutrient breakdown, and caloric needs for adding/losing/maintaining weight and attaining body composition goals.

 

  Freedom to train whenever, and wherever, you want while getting added value and time with a coach.
